Laying floor tiles/garage carpet

I had a leak in a downstairs toilet on to wooden flooring. The wooden flooring has been removed from the concrete pad the house sits on. I would like somebody who can lay a small amount ( --- ) of garage carpet in a rumpus room and tiles (2.3m x 1.3m) on the toilet floor.
