Laundry Splashback tiling - two walls

The space has recently had units and benchtops installed and we are now looking to get the tiling done. Splash backs on both sides of the room, using standard white subway tiles - herringbone finish required. Side 1 (appliances) - approx 1265 x 570 - just single wall Side 2 (sink) - approx 2000 x H (height TBC pending tile volumes and how high we can go) + the two side walls to the edge of the benchtops, e.g. 600 x H (TBC as above) We have ten full boxes of the tiles (see photo) - each covering up to 0.7 sq/m. Photo's of the space also provided + plans (noting the benchtops have now been installed.
