Tiling Splash Back and underside of Kitchen Island Bench

We would like to tile over the glass splashback behind the range and bench in the kitchen, with the same tiles on the reverse side of the island bench (where stools sit). Ideally we would like some subway tiles laid in a herringbone pattern.
