Outside porch tiling

We require a local tiler to tile floors only on a small house we are nearing completion in Whitianga. 2 x small bathrooms (floors and skirting) (no walls) 1x entry, hall, laundry and kitchen/dining area floors only 1 x exterior balcony. Tiles provided, tiler to provide, trim, grout, install. completion prior to Christmas, tiling will be ready in approx 3 weeks time.
