Main bathroom has shower over bath, this has been leaking through incorrect tiles and grouting (Previous owner DIY) This has caused damage in spare bedroom wall and carpet. Bathroom currently not in use, so all areas dry and ready to work on. We have determined the replacement bath and will purchase when ready to be fitted. We need the whole area assessed for either re-tiling or another solution.
