Floor tiling - repair or replace?

We have 3 tiles in our open plan kitchen dining area that we have recently discovered cracked in the Kaikoura EQ, we can no longer get the tiles as they are deleted stock. We need to know whether the tiles can be repaired. It was an original CHC EQ repair and we will need to know whether the floor beneath the tile cracking is ok . So we are looking for someone who can do this assessment so we can decide how to proceed.
