New swimming pool .

We are building a new house in Nelson which includes a small pool 2m x 4m mostly out of the current ground level. The engineers have signed off the construction of the pool shell. We are looking for someone to provide a PS 1 design for the pool to complete the building consent process . The structure is concrete block with concrete floor, We envisage the finish would be a tiled surface . The normal pump and filter with Heat pump warming.

We have a spa pool that is setup on site and we havve direct 15amp wiring to its location, however we dont have an outlet or required RCD or rotary isolator. Alongside that we have inlet and outlet pipes that need to go to the heatpump 5m away. There is a 90 degree turn midway and then at the pump.

Pool Concrete Block Steps

We are renovating our pool, and are putting 2 sets of concrete block steps. I have done most of one set of steps but have run out of time for the second set. Job would be: - Pour concrete base. - carry out block work. - Install piping for pool lights. - Render both sets of steps. Job can be labour only, or also materials (less some meterals I have left over). Job needs to be done in the next 3 or 4 weeks.
