A prepurchase building report has recommended additional bracing be installed to foundation piles. This house was not affected by cyclone gabrielle and was given a white sticker. I need and engineer to inspect the foundations, make recommendations to add bracing as required and provide a plan for such work. I'm not sure what the job will cost. Unfortunately I don't have photos as I am acting for my daughter and I don't live in Auckland. I would appreciate it if you could put me in touch with an appropriate person. Thanks.
