We require plans to be prepared for the removal of the load bearing wall between our kitchen and lounge as part of a new kitchen installation. Unfortunately the council does not have the original plans for this property. The pictures from the designer includes a post. As shown in the images we also intend to have the piles replaced prior to this renovation. Unsure if this work should be incorporated into the wall removal plans or completed separately? Thanks!
