Property survey and consents for subdivision

Look at possible options for subdividing a 1205 m2 property in Mangere Bridge. Quote for initial surveying and options for consent work to subdivide. The property currently has 2 small dwellings approx. 100 sq m each and a double garage. Looking at the possibility for a 3rd dwelling and then the consent work to subdivide into either 2 or 3 sites. Would prefer someone who has an established relationship with Manukau City consenting processes
