Section subsidence

I am having issues with section subsidence in more than 1 area and need somebody to evaluate the problem and advise me on what needs to be done to fix it. ie plumbing, drainage etc.There are none of the same issues on neighbouring sections and council have checked with cctv along stormwater drain ( which runs up the driveway) and there are no broken main drain lines, I also have a copy of their reports.
