Water flow according to contours

I would need a civil engineer to discuss with me for two hours maximum the stormwater flow on a land with given contours. In particular I would need the engineer/surveyor to give their opinion, whether a certain watercourse as shown on a drawing is natural, because it conforms to given land contours, or whether the watercourse has been manmade, because it contradicts those land contours. I would come to your office anywhere in Hamilton at any time also after hours.
