I have an approx 5m load bearing wall running through my kitchen that I would like to remove to enable kitchen renovations. I am looking for a structural engineer to assess and provide an engineered solution for my application to council. The house is brick and tile (heavy roof), circa 1955. Single story, slightly elevated flat site.
