New handrail + frame cupboard etc

Looking for someone to remove existing and build a new handrail for this staircase out of timber that is at least 1m high and does not have gaps that children can fall through. Then on each of the 2x platforms/landings they need the sheet of flooring replaced so 2x sheets total. Then downstairs I would like to frame up around the hot water cylinder and create a door entry to it so that it tidys up the area when you walk in. Unit is a rental so not looking for anything really flash just something to tidy it up. Cheers
