Excellent. Easy to deal with. Clear comms. Prompt attendance. Worked with me to develop detail design at site fit-up. & tack-weld for stainless steel handrails. Completed full welding/polishing in his workshop, then final installation just a few days after first site visit. Handrail is very sturdy & looks good. Invoice slightly more than original quote due to choosing alternative brackets. Overall very happy with project. I highly recommend Adam (& Dad).
