Skylight Repair

Warren's work on my home was outstanding, I am happy. The job was not an easy one, given the pitch of the steeple roof, which required the use of a scissor lift. The presence of wasps nesting on the roof added to the challenge. Despite these obstacles, Warren's knowledge and expertise shone through as he removed the skylight and replaced it with the tiles I had supplied. He was professional and dedicated to ensuring the job was done correctly. Thank you, Warren.

2 new skylights fitted within a couple of days. These were Velux units to replace similar units that were about 20 years old. I would say the quality of the new units are not as good as the ones replaced so I’m sceptical these will last as long. In hindsight sight perhaps should have explored Adlux units. Quote doesn’t include any interior plastering so be sure to consider this when reviewing quotes. Communication with Yuri was good and the work was completed within agreed time frames.

I don't think I have had a more positive experience with a Tradie ever. Skylight quote was very competitive, Yuri was very competent and friendly, had lots of good ideas. Job was done on time, done quickly and excellent workmanship from the builder. Afterwards, the final invoice was lower than the original quote as the job was easier than they originally thought! I have never had that before. Good job guys, I will definitely recommend RMS to friends and colleagues.
