I have skylights in each of the upstairs bathrooms. One appears to have a small leak, evidenced by some rot on the timber frame and some paint bubbles appearing on the lightwells. The other appears fine but is likely 20+ years old. I also have inadequate ventilation on both bathrooms that I'd be interested in addressing.

"2 new skylights fitted within a couple of days. These were Velux units to replace similar units that were about 20 years old. I would say the quality of the new units are not as good as the ones replaced so I’m sceptical these will last as long. In hindsight sight perhaps should have explored Adlux units. Quote doesn’t include any interior plastering so be sure to consider this when reviewing quotes. Communication with Yuri was good and the work was completed within agreed time frames."
