The house is circa 27yo and we are getting roof painted. This has highlighted that each has a small leak. The roofer suggested we get a skylight specialist to look as there may be more than just flashing. Currently there is EP scaffolding in place so it would be great if you could take a look and if possible do any repairs while the scaffolding is in place. Hard to have an idea of expected cost. Could be quite low but prepared if it is more than the immediate leaks.
