Has 15+ year old skylight in the family room, trickles of rain leaking only intermittently (wind strength/direction dependent it seems). Might be a problem with the skylight itself rather than flashing. On decramastic roof tiles. Hoping to get someone to inspect and repair, who has experience with decramastic tiles so that there are new damages to the existing roof. Happy to discuss replacement if cost reasonable.
