Conservatory Skylights #2

Conservatory skylights have slipped down. There are 3 panels that need to be moved back up. Unsure if I need a glass tradesman or a builder or both. The glass panels need to be moved back up and secured from the bottom to stop them from falling again. There are small gaps and water is leaking through into the house. If someone is available this side of xmas would be ideal. Thanks Edwin.
