I don't think I have had a more positive experience with a Tradie ever. Skylight quote was very competitive, Yuri was very competent and friendly, had lots of good ideas. Job was done on time, done quickly and excellent workmanship from the builder. Afterwards, the final invoice was lower than the original quote as the job was easier than they originally thought! I have never had that before. Good job guys, I will definitely recommend RMS to friends and colleagues.

Keith was wonderful. His communication was very clear, his manners most polite. He came to have a look at the window and explained how he would repair it, then came back the next day and did the job. He did not charge me for his time and said he would check in in a month or so. If the velux is not leaking, he will send me the bill then.

We tried a couple company’s that specialise in Skylights. They showed up but never sent the quotes after several months. We sent manyl emails, texts and phone calls with no response. Christophe came out to quote the project when he said he would, ordered a custom skylight (to fit the same size of the old one) from a reputable company and did a great job putting it in. Christophe is very polite, conscientious, respectful and cleans up after the job. Thank you Christophe.
