Replacing the gasket

The skylight is leaking pretty much due to the improper position of the gasket on one side of the skylight. This gasket was flushed into the inside of the metal frame by a roof cleaner using a high pressure water blaster when he cleaned the roof for me. I need to have this skylight fixed. Thank you.

Repair to woodwork securing 1970's skylight

During repairs to guttering it was discovered that the wood frame on old style skylight had rotted and the glass has slipped. It looks like the house is double roofed (originally built 1910), with outer skin being pressed steel tile. I have some some in storage if required for repair. The hole s a random size, not near any standard Velux size. Required is replacement of rotted wood and re-siting of glass.

Skylight Repair- Replace sealant and clean

Recent bad weather seems to have pushed some hail stones through the sealant on skylight on the roof which was coming down into the house (don’t have the same issues with heavy rain). So I’d like to get the skylight resealed to make it weathertight and glass cleaned. I’d estimate this would be a quick job and straightforward. Roof is slightly pitched but quite easy access from single level.

Replace existing Plastic dome skylights with new Double Glazed units

We have 6no. old plastic dome skylights that need replacing, into a concrete tile roof. We would like APL or Velux (if they fit) double glazed units. There are 3 different sizes, rough measurements are 3x small --- x long --- , and 1x large --- . No change to internal ceiling linings. Just external replacement. 5 have existing lead flashings that look ok - but new flashings might be required. To be confirmed.

Garage perspex skylight repair & fence post repair

The plastic perspex covering the skylight in our garage has broken and sprung a leak so needs replacing. As a guesstimate the size would be approx 1.5m x 1 m We also have a fence post that needs reattaching to the fence as the bolt holding it to the fence appears to have broken off.
