Assess and repair leaking skylight
Job description
Small leak initially when rain from certain direction and only once or twice over several years. Now more consistent and affecting a wall. Need someone to assess the problem and fix it. Skylight is in a stairwell on a steep roof.

The skylight was non-standard size and access was difficult. All this was managed well and the finished result looks great, although, as it's on the roof we haven't examined it closely. The team even did some additional maintenance work while the scaffolding was up which is very much appreciated. Communication was clear, prompt and professional. An initial minor glitch held up the job until after Christmas but RMS ensured that disruption was minimised and communication was maintained.
