Skylight replacement in family bathroom

Need to replace old bathroom skylight as it no longer opens and does not allow the bathroom to be vented. The condensation is then causing the ceiling to crack and paint to strip. During heavy rain we have also noticed a bit of water coming in. We would you to replace it using the same sized opening, have it automated and with rain sensor. Ideally, we'd like the installation and remedial work done by one contractor.
