2 x Skylights in Kitchen - probably 30-40 years old. One is leaking, the other is in need of new rubbers etc. Need to repair the leaky skylight and do preventative maintenance on the other skylight. House is old villa with modern kitchen addition at back. Skylights are in the modern kitchen addition. Kitchen addition is standard single story, easy paved access on 2 sides, direct vehicle access from driveway, driveway/parking is flat, roof pitch is not steep.

Looking for estimate on the install of a skylight at property in Mt Wellington. --- --- Above is the skylight we are looking to install The ceiling cavity is about 500mm - we are completing renovations on this property so it is easy to open up ceiling. Roof has about a 5-10 degree pitch ( 1 story ease access ) We can take care of gib work, plastering and painting. Jut after a rough estimate in the first instance. Thanks

Current Skylight Window is leaking due to the flashing being raised and exposing the sky. Remove current skylight from top floor (its a three storey terraced house) and install new one (flashing needs to be reviewed at same time). Leaking skylight

We think the skylight needs the seal replaced please as it is leaking during rain onto the floor below. The access is easy as you reach the skylight from a step ladder inside on the flat floor. Or you can easily climb onto the low pitched cgi roof to access the skylight from outside. I can forward photos but I can't add them to this unfortunately.

Membrane Roof with skylight leak with heavy rains

During Wednesday's heavy rains and strong NE winds, our skylight adjoining the roof leaked. It is normally ok but may leak slightly during heavy rain . We are looking for someone to come out and try to seal the gaps to last temporarily as we are looking to demolish and renovate the house. It is currently tenanted. We are not concerned about aesthetics, just functionality. I have a video of the leak but cant post it here.
