The door bell that has an intercom and connects to a panel inside the house which shows a coloured picture is not working. When we press the bell outside we cannot hear the bell inside and also no picture. It's all wired and there is no brand or model number. Pictures attached

Efficient service and on time, even though my intercom couldn't get fixed as its faulty, workmanship was still excellent.
