CCTV Technician Required #2

We currently have HikVision CCTV Cameras fitted at our property in Kumeu. We have sold our house and the we require an experinced technician to swap the ownership from ours, to the new owners on settlement of the property. Whoever installed it had set it up on our phones and we didn't really need to do much since then. We were not given much information either. We just accessed our phones if required. We don't know how to plug into the system with a computer to check or make changes....
