Install poe security cameras indoors and outdoors

Need a setup done with 3 poe cameras wired indoors and 1 (possibly 2) outdoors. I require cameras that are DIY friendly (possibly Dahua, Hikvision... open to recommendations) for my own server and not locked into a NVR system. WIFI is not an option/ not wanted. It's all the wiring/cabling that I want done professionally and safely around the house. Single level 2 bedroom brick and tile house. Room to move around up in the ceiling.

Fire Exit Door - WP Drive

Has not worked for a long time (likely faulty battery) so doesn't have enough back up power to run. Beeps 2 times per day 12 hours apart.
