Magnetic Lock / Gym Access System

We need to change the lock on this aluminum framed door to a new magnetic lock, connected to our gym management software (we have the hardware for this portion, including the door reader). The magnetic lock needs wiring to the door reader so access is only granted via RFID cards. It is the only exit so needs to be a fire compliant magnetic lock and connected to the alarm system. Needs to return to a closed position at all times so will need a closer. Other door can remain deadbolted, only intending to open & close left hand door. We have the same system on another door already.
