The house is in Wellington (inner suburbs). It will need scaffolding to paint, as it is, in part, three storeys high (but one side is only one storey). Total square meterage is about 240. The existing paint is in average condition and we don't think stripping will be required. As yet we are undecided whether to do the roof at the same time so would be interested in quotes for both.
