Concrete tile roof cleaning, re-pointing + new guttering

Require quote for the following: 2 x properties (3 roofs) 15m x 9m & 8m x 8m 7m x 7m Both concrete tiles roofs. Preference is to clean, replace (where needed) and re-point all roofs. Scaffolding will be required. Alternatively, a full replacement of the roofs with longrun steel. Both scenarios will require new guttering. Require quote for both scenarios please. Available this weekend to inspect.
