Have a leak coming through our garage roof, needs repair (see photo). We had a quote from another repair company, but they are no longer trading. Here's how they described the job, though you might have different ideas: 1) Remove the lawn and located the leak around the outlet. 2) Clean down the outlet. 3) Apply ms seal and flex to the outlet. 4) Coat the outlet and the surrounding area using durham liquid water proofing membrane.
