Re-roofing our 1970's three bedroom brick home.

We are wanting to refresh / renovate our 1970’s three bedroom brick home in Karori and the first step is to tackle the old roof. We noticed a yellow patch on our ceiling tile near the front door and suspect the leak is coming from the valley of the roof. This will involve: • Re-roofing the original roof (harvey tiles) to long run steel roofing (corrugated iron?) • Fixing the leak and any potential structural damage it has caused • Replacing/ fixing the gutters if needed • Removal and disposing the old roof We're hoping to get the project up and running ASAP as this is the first part to start the rest of our home renovation.
