"Advised client that entire roof was well out of order, hazardous and needed replacing asap (major rust, nail heads falling off). Client did not have budget to re-roof and wanted a cost-effective patch option which we agreed to provide, and leak was successfully patched. We also carried out additional free work - unblocking gutters and pruning encroaching trees. However client still appears disappointed with work received for what little funds were parted with. "
