Updated 8 July: the spans are actually more like 2 x 6.5m. New spouting (none there already) for a garage. 1 x 5m & 1 x 4m spans plus one down pipe (probably).

Hayden and the team were really easy to deal with, punctual and helpful in providing options to solve the problem. While I am not a tradie, their work looks good and is exactly what we agreed - they even helped with a few minor add ons to the original scope which they didn't charge for. I would definitely recommend these guys in the future.
