URGENT butynol join seam lifting

Have butynol roof which probably needs replacing, but in need of urgent repair where the join seam has opened up ... lastest southerly tested it severely! While it's not leaking (the seam crossover is quite wide) the 'flap' is now quite wide. The property is on the market, builders report suggested a quick repair to glue the seam down. Appreciate help over next few days if possible!!

Arrived on time and completed what was needed very quickly. He was also very flexible to do another small job that was on the builders report. Would certainly contact Mark again if there is a need in the near future. Super helpful.
