There are some small holes on one face of my colour steel roof, near the guttering, so some lengths of iron with need replacing. Also, the wrong screws were used all over the roof, so these need completely replacing. There is also a vibration in a strong southerly, coming from the guttering, as best I can work out, so that needs sorting out too.

Gary was always prompt to make contact, and he talked through the various options to make it clear what my choices were. The replacement of the roofing was done very speedily. Even though the solution to the vibration was elusive, only noticeable in a southerly, he continued to try various means of sorting it. There is now quite a lot less noise coming from it, and only time will tell whether we haven't had a strong enough southerly, or - hopefully - it's a fixed as it needs to be!
