Leaking Bay window - Needs new Flashing or the like!

We have a small leak in a bay window, where the top side of the roof of the bay window meets the house. It would appear that the flashing has deteriorated. A contractor sealed half the join with silicone and this reduced the leak where he could reach. We need someone to tell us the best way to repair this issue in the most cost effective way. The job has difficult access, due to the height of the second story bay windows, the narrow path and the fact that the property is some 4 stories from road level!! We think the repair will be easy; but the access will require some problem solving and good imitative! The cost of the job may vary depending on the proposed solution. We believe that it can be achieved at the very lower end of our suggested range.
