Roof Repair/Replace
Job description
We recently purchased a ~1910s villa in Brooklyn with some roof issues. Moisture is leaking into the ceiling cavity and there are visible marks of degradation in the roof exterior. The roof is sheet metal and its current state is debated. We may need full replacement, or repair may be sufficient. The house is build over a step in the bedrock, so the roof can be accessed most of the way around without scaffold, but would need it on the one side at least. There is also an opening in the ceiling cavity which we would like sealed. Perhaps a different job, but worth mentioning here - see pictures.

I found Mark very good. We did not agree a schedule, but Mark got the job done quickly and kept me updated on the work status whenever something progressed. It was good to be able to trust Mark to get the job done without needing to manage the work at all. The finished roof is excellent, and the price was very competitive.
