I require: - replacement is required of all dented tiles so that water does not to sit in the tile and cause rust. - a rust treatment to one of the dormer valleys to prevent further deterioration, or replacement. - moss and lichen treatment to the roof to prevent excess moisture deteriorating the roofing. - the metal tile roofing requires re coating and painting to prevent rusting and also ensure this is water tight.
