Re roof

We are requiring a new roof. Our current roof is Marseille clay tile which needs to be removed and replaced with either a Metal tile (1st choice) or longrun trapezoid ( 2nd choice) or corrugated iron. We already have a quote for the scaffolding from an installer who is familiar with the property, has experience of the site and roofing scaffolding requirements. We have attached some photos and details of the roof with dimensions and below is a brief specification/ scope of work: 1.      Allow approx. 115 SqMts new metal tile or longrun roofing to main roof with new battens 2.      Allow a new flat roof to the dormer approx. 8SqMt 3.      Removal of old roof tiles and all other rubbish 4.      New continuous copper guttering to the dormer 5.      New continuous copper guttering to the glass porch area. 6.      Allow approx. 60 SqMts insulation of 195mm R4.1 Earthwool Batts or similar 7.      If longrun roofing - .allow for a no joint, continuous metal flashing on the gable eaves and ridge. 8.      If metal tile allow for a barrel capping on the ridge and gable eaves. 9.      During installation allow for the owner to have access to paint the dormer (about 2 x 6 hours) 10.   During installation allow access for the chimney replacement tradesman (about 2 x 4 hours) 11.   All work in accordance with practice and manufacturers recommendations.
