Guttering Replacement, Gate Reinforcement + other outside jobs

GUTTER REPLACEMENT & DOWNPIPES: Our garage & guttering is metal and existing metal external guttering (approx 5mtrs) has rusted through & we need it replaced with PVC guttering plus two new PVC downpipes (to replace rusting metal ones).Suitable metal bogging & rust prevention paint will need to be used to address any holes made by doing the replacement. GUTTER CLEARING: On House & Studio: Gutter clearing/cleaning on house and studio, insert new anti-clog mesh or other suitable product that will prevent future clogging. TOILET VENT PIPE: Outside, the toilet vent pipe brackets broke and the pipe has come off the outside wall of the house. Re-attach outside toilet pvc vent pipe to house with new pvc brackets. WOODEN FRONT GATE: Our gate is dropping and needs to be properly reinforced with new wooden battens & stained in the same colour. The gate also requires additional metal hinges (1 – 2 hinges) to take its' weight properly. The gate also requires a new latch (double sided latch so regardless of which side you're on you can open and close the gate easily). WEATHER STRIP: Back door of house, replace the existing weather strip at base of door OVEN: The internal rubber door seal on our electric oven (model = Parmco) has broken and we need a new rubber seal installed.
