Flashing has come away needs new flashing where affected and small amount of roofing 2 x 3.9 metres long of flashing and width about .500 approxamitely needs to be reattached and repaired this will be an insurance job 2 stories on the west side however the north side is 2.4metre height from standing and is a very low pitched roof
