Pimp my roof

I have a redundant potbelly stove pipe sticking through my roof. It leaks in the rain. I need the stovepipe removed and the roof patched. The job needs to be weathertight but it doesn't need to be beautiful, because I'll probably be getting the whole roof done before long.
