Replace my rusty roof

I currently have an iron roof on a 1920's home in Miramar and the roof needs replacing. Roof height is between one and two stories. Approx. 116m2. I willing to take advice on material but leaning towards colour steel only because it does not need to be painted. Always open to more efficient value for money options Pictures are attached. You will see a chimney in the picture which will be removed so you don't need to worry about flashing. If you would like to quote on removal of the chimney please include this as a separate line item. Property is walk on access at 40 Otaki St Mirimar. Material under the iron roof is pretty solid sarking board (I would call them planks but I'm no builder ;-)

Really happy I chose Maxwell Roofing. Phil, the owner, is a bloody nice guy and the jobs he has done has been great. Ours was a challenging job due to weather issues but a every available chance Phil was at our place getting it done. Thanks
