There is a lot of loose concrete and there is a leak coming from the flashing where the tile roof comes down and joins a flat corrugated roof. It has been repaired about three times previously and has not been done very well. Potentially the flashing needs to be replaced.

Very happy with the work that was done. It was completed in a timely manner. Everything was explained upfront clearly and while there was a slight increase in costs it was due to additional freight costs due to the particular materials we chose.
