Fix leak in Roof

During heavy rains a month ago we ended up with a leak our (corrugated iron) roof. I've been up into the roof cavity and can see where it is leaking, but can find anything specific. We recently (2.5 years ago) had the roof repaired and repainted. Since then we had a similar leak in a different place that the original roofers said was due to a loose nail - so it could be the same issue. I couldn't see a loose nail... (NOTE: There is no roofing paper) The roof cavity is accessible. The house is 2 stories high. I will try to get some photos.
