New domestic roof

Tin roof has holes and corrosion, has already had significant patching 5 years ago, so at this point probably better replaced than patched again. Mostly straightforward roof shape, 90sqm, but does have a steep pitched cathedral roof- while this is off we'd consider adding insulation underneath if possible (no accessible roof space to insulate without re-roofing).
