Torch-on Roof Repair/replacement

Patch repair of 40m2 torch on DPC roof, or possible full replacement. We have a few penetrations like ventilation fans and a skylight that we want to remove and patch over, and also a few leaks that appear to be coming from around the transition from the torch on roofing to walls & other roofing materials. Please don't contact me if you are not familiar with this type of product, I am fully capable to "give it a go" myself, but I want someone that knows exactly what they are doing. Thanks.
