1930's cottage in Karori has one cracked marseilles tile plus 1 tile completely missing. Want replaced or repaired with lead. Then repair to kitchen ceiling where cracked tile has caused a leak, and there is now a fist size hole. will need hole repaired, and ceiling in the area plasted.
